Over Promise and under deliver. Don Smith (Sales) makes all these amazing promises, as well as sexual innuendos and uncomfortable comments. Team leaves their rubbish lying around and gates open. Do not clean up the site after work is complete. Very quick to take your money but not very quick to reply to messages. Very bad after sales service, Soil and sand left all over garden and not cleaned up as promised, Mike (Owner) says I must pay extra to get their team to clean it, Don, at point of sale, promised they would clean up. I now have a pool, with an outlet / backwash in the wrong place, I have huge sand and soil piles, now with weeds growing, all over my garden. Just one big mess and not worth the money paid. Don and Mike - Shame on you
