I did not give your room away, it was booked online by someone else during that short period. Because we value our guest’s satisfaction above all, we always do our best to be of service. Regarding this, I did my best to assist you by phoning various similar guesthouses to find alternative accommodation for you, booked the one of your choice for you, but you never went there.
