Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
I would give a 0 rating if it were possible. First my package was lost, they couldn't find it on the system. They eventually found the package (way outside of timescale). No follow up, I had to keep contacting to follow up on the delivery. Eventually the package arrived EMPTY. Meaning the contents (valued at R17000) were stolen (by an employee) and the box closed again and then delivered. No proper investigation took place, no follow up. Now I'm waiting for the pathetic excuse of R1000.00 insurance claim (& I've requested at the very least the payment I made of R169.00 for a service I never received to be refunded too). I didn't insure the package for much as I had faith in PostNet as a company before- clearly a mistake. The refund of R1169.00 is already a spit in my face for having my package worth R17000.00 stolen (not even by an external party, as the box was re-sealed so clearly had to be an employee). The least they can do is process that promptly.
