The team who came out to fix the leak in our shower (Trust and John) were very helpful and professional. However, I was very disappointed in the Operations manager (Graham) who came across very forceful, harassing and even scolding the team. This due to them not asking for the excess before starting the job. My husbands appt ran a bit late, and as soon as he got home, he handed them the excess. We apologized to Graham for the delay, because we know it has a rippling effect, but please remember humanity goes a long way. You have good workers, and after all we are clients too.
