So here i order AGAIN with my discount and the app deducted my money out of my account the delivery time is set for 16:00 - 17:00 20.11.2020. WOW the moment the app send me to my order being processed... THE DELIVERY IS SET FOR 21.11.2021 TOMORROW 12:00 - 13:00!!!! Seriously i placed that order at 15:30 today 20.11.2021!!!! This is ridiculous causing me to go to the nearest shop and buy the same goods spending more money then i would have! waiting 20 hours for my goods???? Causing me to now pay for the same goods twice!! After calling and spending all my airtime to HOLD for a call I ended up with no airtime and no customer support! No, I yet again need to send a mail complaining and hoping they will refund me and cancel my order as I already had to go and buy the goods. The order only was cancelled on 21.11.2021 at 09:00am. After sending again 6 emails to find out what the situation is they only tell my today 22.11.2021 that refund will take 3-10 business days!!!! Angry is not a word!!
