I visited Pick n Pay Woodmead today at 13:44 my card no is 7353280********0. I was so disappointed by unprofessional the lady at the till was.I greeted her because they never greet customers anyway,she kept quiet,she never asked me if I need a plastic bag or I have a smart card.I was talking to a mute person,no response whatsoever until I finish.I think they need to be taught customer service. They should learn from till ladies at Woolworths.You feel important and special every time you shop at their outlets. Her name is Dimakatso Mphahlele.Maybe she's stressed or she hates her job.
