Negative: Not Professional.

My waiter was fantastic to say the least and so was the food. I ordered a medium steak which then a well done steak was brought to the table I then politely asked my waiter to ask them to make me a new one in which he was very polite and he apologized for it,the manager who's name is Mike then came to the table firstly he doesn't show any professionalism he made me feel like I didn't know what I had asked for insisting that the steak was done correctly which was obviously not because I wouldn't have sent it back.i felt like more than anything he was unprofessional and has zero management skills also because I was not rude at all.He then went about to have a conversation with another waiter that he's been working at Piatto for 5 years which means that he knows what medium is,I chose not to argue or show that I had heard him because it was unnecessary.I was so disappointed it's not behavior you expect from management,its totally unprofessional and disgraceful.
