Negative: Not Professional.

First of all they opened at 80h45 while it shows that the store is opening at 08h30 they were busy having conversations inside the closed door. They opened one till and there was quite a long line. The cashier was very rude with no name tag , she just speaks whatever is in her mind. Before approaching her I could see she was rude to other people as well. She short , dark , was wearing 4inch dusty wig , gold earrings WITHOUT A NAME TAG. She was even shouting at grannies who were paying DSTV or what . Very rude lady that one , she was the only one by the tills when they opened. 23 Dec 2023
