I tried to purchase a phone using foneyam I choose the phone and paid the deposit only for the lady to give me a wrong phone when I enquired she said she convinced me to take the phone not the one I preffered. I asked for a refund this was on 5November 20** they keep on saying they have escalated the matter to management for refund. I called in again they said they have refunded but I haven't received my money the team leader said I am causing drama I wish to receive my money never again am I shopping with Pepcell keywest. Can I be contacted by management please I want my money back
