Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

I went to the Klerksdorp branch to buy a car, and I realized when I was home in Pretoria that the spare keys given to me were not the correct ones, and even when I was charged for the registration and license plates both were also not done too. After calling and constantly being transferred from one person to another, one of their people called me to tell me they arranged with the Montana branch for my keys. I got to the Montana branch and I was told the merchandise controller is not in, and tomorrow morning when she comes back they will contact me. They did not contact me, after I contacted them I was told the merchandise controller is still trying to find out what happened as when they have feedback I would be contacted. Montana hasn't contacted me.Decided to call their head office now, and the complaint officer after hearing my story, told me she will get back to me, just now. She Never Did like the two other branches and when I called her back the next day still no help and keys
