Pbd-Lime - Meyerton Dolomiet
PBD established the Meyerton-Dolomite operation in 1995 to distribute dolomitic agricultural lime from the Glen Douglas mine into Gauteng, the Free-State and parts of the North-West. The dolomite is obtained as part of the process to produce aggregate that is mined, crushed and washed. The sludge from the washing process is collected which is the agricultural dolomite. In order to obtain the final product, the sludge is dried, crushed and screened to the required size. In order to provide a comprehensive service to the agricultural community, Meyerton-Dolomite also established distribution agreements with the following lime sources: *Chloorkop Gypsum *Panfontein Calcite *Meyerton Dolomite *Mooiples Dolomite *Olifantsfontein Dolomite *Danielskuil Calcite *Witbank Hiqua Calcite *Ulco Calcite *Potchefstroom Gypsum *Rustenburg Gypsum. Our efficient service ensures that you receive you lime on time every time.
