Arrogance and laughter received as "service" on 17 January 20** at 10:40. While waiting for about 20 minutes, I asked the one guy when are they going to attend to me, he said: "Can you see I'm busy?" When asked who's going to draw my blood, he said he will, but: "Can you see I'm busy?" I asked him if he's accredetid, he started laughing in my face. Even went to the guy at the front desk to share the "joke"! I asked them why are they laughing at me. I also said that he should do disclosure if asked by a patient. He just kept on laughing at me and arrogantly told me:"Can you see I'm busy?" I asked if I should go to AMPATH, he sai:"Yes, go there!" a True humiliating experience! Rather go to AMPATH on the same floor at Mooimed. They provide very caring patient service with friendly sraff!! For best patient care, the doctors should take note as well...
