Negative: Not Professional.

Hired a trailer from them for two different rental dates from them for my clients, when the clients arrive not only was it the wrong size trailer but the owner Andre refused to refund us for that rental, he had agreed to refund us for the second date along with the refundable deposit, but now is ignoring my messages and has blocked me on WhatsApp. Very unprofessional
