Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service received from the release desk, there doesn't seem to even be an attempt at resolving issues, i may not be a big client but my suppliers are and i assure you i will be contacting each and everyone of them to advise them against making use of Ocean network in the future. This is absolute robbery
