I work primarily from a 'psychodynamic' paradigm, meaning that I am inclined to emphasize the influence of one's childhood - as well as their on-going relational experiences - as being central to how a person functions in the present day. I am trained to help people with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, psychosis, personality issues, substance abuse, bereavement and loss, as well as issues surrounding one's sexuality, self-esteem and identity.
