Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.

Applied for my car Registration papers and submitted all the documents required. Was told I must come after 21days to collect the paper. I come here after 21 days and am told my I'd copy was not visible enough as they don't have ink. They take my copy again and am told I must come back in 21days again!!!!..or they will call me when it's ready, why couldn't they call before to tell me to come back and submit my I'd again? This department sucks big time!Worse i have relocated and had to drive 112 km to come for nothing!

I have never experienced such shocking service in all my life. You book your appointment online and wait for a date. (30/3/2021-app time 12:10) The date arrives. I get here an hour before my appointment time. After waiting 3 hours I go in and find out what is happening just to be told that the system is offline . I come back the next day same story I’m back now for the third day. Been here since 8am. It’s now 10:24.... I have been calling both landline numbers. They both just ring . I have been calling for 2 and a half hours . I don’t know how they expect a person to take off work for 3 days and for 5/6 hours at a time. The shocking attitude of the staff as-well as the security sitting on there cellphones not ppl when asked questions . The security company “Tactical Security Service” is a disgrace . NEVER COME TO NIGEL LICENSE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!
