Negative: Not Professional.

Absolutely terrible service and negligence. Took my component in for a routine ‘easy out’ nut removal. David the owner assured me they’ve done this 100 times, and there was nothing to worry about. Later that day, after I had to follow up, he said that he got it out, but there was some lite surface damage. They had used a welder instead of a drill bit, and melted the housing away of my son’s clutch housing. No offer to replace it. Not even an apology until I asked for one. To this day no response on helping fit the bill. R1000 new part, from Japan, 3 x week lead time. Do not send anything to them. Awful people.
