Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Case CS0561733 opened - I waited 3 weeks to get a quote from my account manager Riaan. I then was given the incorrect information and was left with no Internet or telephones from the 26th Oct - 4th Dec'20. I have requested a credit for services not provided but billed for from 3rd Nov'20. I am now not being billed the contract price signed for in Oct'20. Your professional is non existent. Your Clients do NOT come first and your Promise to resolve a query in 5 days is a joke. 3 Month later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I will also not hold my breathe for a response to this review or my queries to be resolved any time soon. Natasha Toi
