Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Been at here for about 1 and a half hours and waited for a card... Staff are walking around and doing absolutely nothing to decrease the queue or even help... This branch is soooo understaffed and pathetic... One lady even messed up my accounts and till date hasn't been rectified... This branch is gone from bad to worse... No matter how much you try and give them a chance they mess it up and I would give them 0 stars... This branch should get new staff because as it is their current staff is useless as hell.
