Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
This spot has been bad for years. Doesn't matter if it's me, friends or my folks - everyone has the same bad experience and Nandos HQ does nothing to resolve it. Most recently I used the nandos app and didn't see where the food was coming from or I'd not have ordered. They arrived late, had 2 of the 3 things they charged me for, the driver decided to pull over and make a phone call on the way here, delaying the order by 15 mins and when I asked for my full order of 3 of 3 items to be delivered they brought me back 1 item. I then asked for a refund and they've refused to call me back for 3 business days now.
