I get here is much as I can because I feel welcome. The food is reliable, and the service is good but its the proprietor who really makes me feel at home.

We came here regularly for meetings but changed venue as service was very slow,there was inaccuracies in orders and waiters weren't really friendly

We often come here for breakfast or just for a coffee. The staff are excellent and offer very good service. It's run by the owners and they make sure that everything is perfect.

We visit Mugg & Bean often. And it's always an absolute sure bet. Breakfast is always great and the selection of available coffees is, as you'd expect, fantastic. We've never tried M&B for lunch...

I do realize that they all should be the same , but there can be a difference. Yes service. I think the owner/ manager just makes the difference. This is the best service and attention to detail...
