The ACVV is one of only a few designated child protection organisations (DCPO) in South Africa. In terms of the Children's Act it means that the ACVV may render the full scope of child protection services, i. e. from prevention programs to statutory intervention. Child protection Programs & Services : Strength-based development programs with a clear FOCUS ON CHILDREN under the age of 18 years and within a family context where child protection and family preservation are of equal importance. National awareness programs to educate & enable behaviour change.

We provide day care services and develop programs, thereby enabling 4 690 pre-school children to have learning opportunities.

We provide a Early Childhood Development programme and School readiness programme to children aged 3mnths - 6 years on a full day basis. Aftercare, holiday and 2 meals daily is included in our affordable fee. We are a registered facility at DSD and are seen as a supportive service to Dep of Education. Our language instruction is Bilingual (English / Afrikens) with dedicated staff.
