Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

These people are scammers. I submitted an early notice of termination as the Consumer Protection Act allows me to do so by giving 20 business days' notice. They acknowledged this and a few days later said I'm not allowed to give early notice. I proceeded to move out and they inspected the apartment on my departure date but continued to charge me rent when I had moved out and had given them the correct notice as per the law. Ever since that I've been trying to get a refund of my deposit, with no success. They claim that to have used it for the rent that they had illegally charged me. They have been playing hide and seek when it comes to paying back my deposit and they even do not provide me with the actual costs that they incurred in finding a replacement tenant. They are unprofessional, dishonest and do not respect the laws of the country. I SUGGEST THAT PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They bill incorrectly and it has been going on for a long time. I have lived in my complex for years and nothing has improved. The staff turnover is also a huge problem. Unfortunately, they also only respond to emails two weeks later if you are lucky. Shocking Service yet they claim to be the best? They only have a 1.3 star review on hellopeter as well and there are over 100 reviews which says a lot. Be Aware!
