Professional and caring. I am in my forties and had several pairs of prescription glasses over my lifetime, but this is hands down the best service I ever had. They tested my eyes with high-tech equipment in more ways than they have ever been tested before, listened when I explained why previous glasses gave me headaches, and explained every issue to me while we tried to work out the best solution for my two very-unlike-one-another eyes. I really felt this woman wanted to help me, as opposed to just selling me glasses.
