For more than 27 years our mission has been to promote child health by minimizing developmental delays and remediating existing or emerging special needs. We care for the whole family by assisting with adaptive parenting and family functioning to accommodate special needs children's different emotional and physical needs. BTC provides a warm and caring environment for the treatment of children, from birth to 6 years of age, who were born prematurely or are presenting with a developmental delay, are at risk or has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, a syndrome, or any neurological condition e. g. Autism. This is achieved through the delivery of excellent primary care within a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment.
