Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

If I could, I would give 0 starts! We took my mother-in-laws vehicle to Mayfair (Silverton) the 3rd of July, to get fixed. The costs to buy a new gearbox was crazy, so we searched for a second-hand one. We found one, and took it to Mayfair. Mayfair put the new gearbox into the vehile, and said there is an issue with a plate on the gearbox, and it has to be programmed for the vehicle. This was done, but there still was an issue, so they said we had to find another plate. We found another one, but the issue still remained. Someone else who does programming on vehicles, asked us if we are sure the gearbox is for a diesel vehicle, as you get different ones for different fuel types, we did not know this and confirmed with the people where the gearbox was bought, and confirmed that the gearbox is for a petrol vehicle (the vehicle that needed to be fixed is a diesel).
