Lion Park Quarries had a modest start back in 1989. Sand was washed and loaded by hand. The delivery fleet consisted of a single truck, driven by the owner himself. Over the years Lion Park Quarries grew into a large company with a delivery fleet and plant portfolio of over 40 tipper trucks, mining plant and earth moving machines. Today, we are proud of our new affiliation with the Ground Breakers Group of companies. The move into a partnership with this dynamic business has allowed Lion Park Quarries to continue in its quest to grow from strength to strength. We strive to become ground breakers on every level of our business while our aim remains to produce and supply quality sand and stone construction material for our clients.
