Let me Repair Cape Town South Africa should be an embarrassment! Let me Repair does warranty repairs for FNB and unfortunately, I had to make use of them with a faulty HP device received from FNB. They took a month to respond to a fault that was reported! Opened the laptop to replace the motherboard. Faults not repaired. 5 days later and not a word back from you! And this on a laptop is still under guarantee. 04/06 replacement: This is my experience with this pathetic company! Welcome to the circus. This is where we mess you around. We don't answer our phones and if you have a fault with a product we replaced we don't assist. Replacement laptop packed up 28 April, not even a month old. Cost me thousand to set up and now again to test for fault. Still not a word from this circus and even less from FNB. The Ombudsman will handle this seeing that you think people will just let you con them and walk all over them....companies like this should not be allowed to operate
