Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
I have been dealing with Phillip from leather aid since January and have had some form of issue on each of the 3 jobs he has done for me. Job 1: delivery delays despite giving him adequate time and opening date Job 2: poor workmanship and requirement to rework Job3: poor workmanship and requirement to rework - I am still waiting for my 8 Wetlandts dining chairs almost 3 months later. Worst of all is that I am constantly required to follow up, zero communication etc Do yourself a favour and go else where
