Negative: Not Professional.
Because of covid we had to cut our holiday short by one day - this kennel absolutely refused to refund or give a credit for the extra day not used, despite the unoccupied kennel for the day not displacing other dogs - as three quarters of the kennels were empty when we picked up our dog. The owners answer to me being upset about this: Good luck finding another kennel for the R185 you have lost. Also, when we dropped our dog off, we had to wait in the parking lot for close to 10 minutes, while the kennel owner chatted to someone else taking their dog home - and the kennel owner and dog owner clearly saw us waiting patiently in the parking lot. But when we got to finally drop our dog off and someone else came to drop off their dog the kennel owner quickly ushered us off to the car park - different strokes for different fokes and not professional at all.
