Negative: Not Responsive.
Warranty claim was approved, installer who was sent was unable to complete the job and I needed to get someone else in to finish the work. Trying to recover costs or at least have a conversation around the issues and am blatanly ignored. I am at my wits end, being ongoing for months now and get zero response from the company. I have emailed every contact I have and get nothing back from anyone.

After two weeks of trying to get Kwikot out to replace a faulty geyser that is still under warranty, I am constantly being cut off, put on hold and never given an answer as to why they won't honour their warranty

They appointed a sub-contractor Smooth Systems to replace my geyser who damaged my water tray and they refusing to fix it. Smooth systems lied telling them it was broken but they won't take my calls or look at my video evidence showing the tray wasn't broken because it clearly shows the burst geyser leaking and my water tray full with nothing on my ceiling below.
