Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

On the 26/06/21 we arrved at the clinic @16:20 with a sickly person that is suffering from tonsillitis and chest infection an our arrive the was abt 4 people that was standing outside the clinic yard 2 patients had children ranging 2-4yrs and we sat an hr outside in a cold weather of 18 degrs outside@17:05, before anyone was assisted the where staff members at the gate standing and having awesome conversation and great laughs, while people are suffering from different types of condition/sicknesses as they waited in this cold weather. Only at that time they were taking and spread into groups. The waiting area with people with showing signs of flue including the patient with tonsillitis and chest infection is right outsite the clinic and cold, tent wide open and its windy, how are people suppose to survive all diseases if this was the treatment we get when we need help.
