Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

If there was and award for disgusting then this bakery will take it. I have stopped buying any eats from this bakery due to health concerns for some time now. Many times I found flies inside the packaging of the prepackaged cakes they make and also in the cake display shelves and many times brought it to their attention. This week when I went to fetch my wife from work she went into this place and bought burger buns. When my wife got back we found on top of the burger buns there was 2 green flies baked into the buns. I took it back to them and apologized and wanted to replace it. I asked for my money back cause every other thing in that place is just has filthy so why would I want it replaced. I advise people to not to support this business unit they put their act together. This was very disgusting.

Requested hot rolls to purchase that was being packed and was denied. Was offered to purchase yesterday hot dog rolls. Extremely poor customer service. Was told that i am not supposed to look in the back room. We buy from this bakery on a daily basis. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. I trust the manager would contact me train your workers to deal professionally with customers.

Extremely Dissappointed with the customer service. A regular customer at the store yet an employee was Extremely rude and unprofessional in his service. Will not reccomend due to the service. Very upset. I requested fresh rolls that was just baked and was denied by the cashier and told i need to take the old batch. Very unprofessional.
