Is there any Government department in South Africa that is actually doing their job? I applied for a renewal of my licence, I lost mine, I am waiting for over 3 months, checking regularly. Now got the following message: Licence no: ********YS1B Card Status Changed: Dec 1, 2022 Licence Expiry Date: Sep 19, 2027 Licence Status: CARD COULD NOT BE PRODUCED. PLEASE VISIT THE DLTC TO ENQUIRE. It is time wasting to drive up and down, to take of work. I tried to email, phone - natis online tells you: you must wait more than an hour for help, Krugersdorp/Mogale City - keeps on dropping the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poorest of poor service!!!!!!!!!!!
