I am very upset with Kotwals. I bought a part for my car from them on Friday. I supplied a part number, the vin number of my car, I even went as far as sharing pictures with the guy that helped me of the part that I require.they supplied me with the part and I went and fitted the part on my car, because they ensured me that the part is for my car. After fitting we took the car for a test drive and the car started acting up, my mechanic removed the part and googled the part number and saw that the part was for a 1.6 and not a 2 litre. I contacted Kotwals immediately and told them what is happening. I requested a refund as to it was their negligence that made me fit the part and only after found out it is the wrong part. Now I am struggling to get a refund on the part, because they have to put in a claim from the supplier for the part (It takes up to 14 days.) My argument is that they messed up and took my money very fast, now that I request a refund and I have to wait 14 days. I am very
