Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

What a terrible experience I had on Thursday (30/06/2022) at the Maponya Mall Kodak store. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful guy at the store verbally attacks customers in front of other customers. I will NEVER use that store ever again because of him. He started shouting at me because he asked another customer who was close to the printer to get my papers that were being printed, this lady then drops them and he says to me why don’t you pick up your own papers?? I really lost it but chose to stop answering him and he ofcourse wanted to be the last to speak. I am appalled at his behavior, he is a risk to your business. Unless he is the owner and is f*** up his own store.
