Positive: Professional, Good Quality, Responsive, Good Value.   

This is ABSOLUTELY value for money. The rooms are neat and clean. Bedding is fresh and clean. Rooms all smell fresh. The staff truly amazing from Margaret (the owner) and Bernard (the manager) and the housekeeping staff. When I stay over in Kokstad 1 night or 2 i book in there. People who write bad reviews always looking for a freebee. Kibo is not the Palace at Sun City it is not star rated as such either, however i truly enjoy my stay there.
