I have come across a couple of poor reviews on HELLOPETER which are absolute rubbish! Kevin is possibly the most caring optometrist I have dealt with in my 70 years now. In fact he refused to even charge me once for a quick eye test I required,....and recently ,when I approached him regarding a potential relook at my prescription for new specs,....after a quick look at the back of my eyes he advised me to see my opthalmologist rather as a build up had occurred on my new lenses after cataract surgery. He advised that a few seconds of laser treatment (by her) on each eye would resolve a huge problem I'd been experiencing for a couple of years. He could quite easily have carried out a new prescription and made a few bob on a new pair of specs for me. Instead he resolved a longstanding visual problem I'd had at NO cost. Now that's service!
