Negative: Not Good Value.

I have ordered a Family treat with 10 pieces of chicken when I arrived home only to find 8 pieces. Phoned and the lady promised to contact me back in a few minutes and the day after still no call back from them.

Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

Does kfc have soup on thier menu? I'm being sarcastic. I had to drink my mash and gravy. There was hardly any mash and there was a sour taste to it. Can the mash be old?
