The Guild has branches countrywide where members attend monthly meetings to share their skill, knowledge and love of Sugarcraft with one another. Membership is open to all who are interested in cake decorating, from complete beginners to experts... By joining the South African Cake decorators Guild you will enter a new world, a world of Creativity, Fun and New Friendships. Membership entitles you to 3 publications of our Sugarcraft magazine, filled with information about what's happening in the Guild. There are pages on skills, innovative ideas and techniques, photographs of Sugar art creations by members in full colour. You will also have access to exclusive shops owned by our members that supply our sugarcraft equipment and products. Shows, Exhibitions and Demonstration Days are regularly held throughout the country to Showcase the exquisite works of Sugar art created by members of the Guild.

Speciality bakery

Fifers Bakery produces a range of speciality breads and confectionery products for the major South African retailers, including Woolworths. These products include rye breads, various flavoured flat breads, ready-to-eat garlic breads and a range of heat-and-eat bread products. In addition it also manufactures a selection of cakes including Danish pastries, croissants, pancakes and cupcakes.
