Negative: Not Professional.

I bought a set of brake pads ,and I was given the wrong ones .despite them agreeing to return if they don't fit ,they refused to exchange citing that I used the brakes which i didn't do .No refund ,no exchange .I felt cheated and unfairly treated by Midas Kathu as I only opened to compare with old one .You have lost the customer and more will follow suit for such a poor service .
