Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
The hearse did not arrive on time to fetch my uncle to the graveyard. We had tried numerous times to call Bongani who we were told was at Karo's office (admjn person), but his cellphone was off. We were frustrated as the family. When we met Bongani at the graveyard and complained about the poor service, he laughed at us with the female perso that was there with him. He was intoxicated and did treat us with dignity and respect. When it was time to take the family back home, they were all directed to the taxi that had brought some relatives to the graveyard. When I enquired from the hearse driver why was that so and how could the family that was in the hearse be put into a taxi now,we were told that the hearse had to take back the materials/ equipment. Insisted that they take back the family that they came with. I told all three Karo staff that I would report this pathetic service and would phone their head office to complain. I have never ever experienced such bad service ever.
