Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Johan is a crook. He replaced the battery for our gate motor. Less than a week later the gate was not opening and we had to open and close it manually. We tried to get a hold of him to come assess and address the situation but to no avail. We would set a time for him to come and we would leave work early to accommodate him, but he would never show up nor would he communicate that he wasn't coming. This happened several times. We had to get someone else that was more reliable to replace our battery and that battery has lasted ever since. After 2 months of pestering, Johan finally came and he himself admitted it could have been a faulty battery. He took the faulty battery and promised to refund us but its been almost a year now and still nothing. We followed up with him but he just ignores us. A piece of advice, save yourselves the headache and don't use nor recommend Johan's services. There are cheaper more reliable people out there.
