Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I rented 2 properties through this rental agency/broker in both cases my security deposit was not refunded in full, they always find something wrong with the property when I moved out and they did not do any property inspection when I moved in, I have no clue what the compared it to. They promised a refund and the refunded partially and ghosted me. Did reply to any form of communication from me or explain anything. All the are after is your money and that is it. I have been putting a case together with my lawyer to the rental tribunal and/ or small claims court and my lawyer said this is a slam dunk. I am going to do everything in my power to ensure this scammers never do this to anyone. So this is just the beginning of my social media posts.
