Worst service ever. Had a geyser claim via absa and domestic plumbers was appointed. They said I need a new geyser and cane to install one....in the process the broke my trap door....made a hole in my wall for the pipes and did not close or fix either. They were so messy. 3 weeks later after installation of a supposedly new geyser I noticed my hit water was nit running properly...they cane to look again and said it's under warranty and they will send out the manufacturer. Literally within a month of installation....nonetheless the manufacturer came fixed the anode but called me to show me the my vacuum breakers are leaking....how on earth can you install a brand new geyser without the vacuum breakers....on the top of it all they telling me to log a new claim.....this is more damage caused.....so incompetent...so unprofessional...not sure hiw absa cab be using them
