I had been to both franchised and non franchised workshops to find a permanent solution to an intermittent start problem on my Alfa Romeo in Johannesburg and these included some well known workshops in Alfa Romeo circles. I was expecting to leave the car there and get it back much later like a day or two as had been my prior experience elsewhere. Instead Jorge Jnr divided in and tested all fuses and relays and found that the fuel pump fuse holder was wonky. He had one in stock and replaced it.He also retentioned all the fuse holders with a weird home made gadget using an electrical spray cleaner. After testing, he proclaimed that the fuel pump was faulty. He removed it and tested it and proclaimed "working but almost kaput". So he opened it up and proceeded to recondition it and it was amazing to see him go about it. Two hours later I was on my way and six months later still all good. 10 out of 5 - superb professionalism.
