On 11 of June we were in the store asking for help a bout shoes the lady was sitting on her phone on Tiktok, i asked for help she told me i should just look everything is their, i asked if their wasn't any bigger size in the back she didn't even go to look and just said again look on the rack didn't even get up to help us. So i went to look for boots aging i asked for help and she didn't even want to stand up from the chair just said that's all the stock. There's no chairs for us to sit on to try on shoes either, when we were leaving we told the lady who was behind the till we are not happy and the service is very bad. We got in to our car and the lady that was on tiktok came running out trying to say we wher laying and that she was on a price cheak machine but we're sure that we even took pictures of her on the phone.
