Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.
We were treated really badly by Jacaranda City properties. Small problems reported to Elsabe, our agent, were not attended to. Even after 6 months after first reporting the problems, the problems were not fixed. We ended up moving out because they just did not care to fix basic issues. I would not recommend them at all.
