JSA Loss Consulting Services was formed in 1985 as Jacobs Smit & Associates by two Engineers with both Construction and Insurance Broking experience -- with the objective of providing an effective and specialist claims evaluation service to the Insurance Industry. Loss adjusting experience includes Civil, Building, Structural, Engineering, Plant, Loss of Profit and related claims of all magnitudes in both specialised and Fire Insurances all over Southern Africa. Most recent is his involvement in claims on the Gautrain Project and the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project.
