I bought a VW Tiguan through inspecta car Klerksdorp. What a horrible experience! From the start I asked for a fixed interest rate(got whatsapp's to prove it) and asked for no additional insurance product on top of the car sale. After a week of owning the car I went through the copy of the documentation send to me via Wesbank and I noticed that nothing was as requested. I asked the F&I on the 23rd of Des 20** to remove the insurance. To this day 09/03/2023 no refund on the insurance.
